First, we’ll give you an overview of our new Research Center, which contains annual trend data, HR benchmarking statistics, exclusive content for members and the latest research publications. Then we’ll provide a description of our revised DEI Maturity Index, which measures progress on diversity, equity and inclusion at the system level. Finally, we’ll discuss the challenges with DEI at your institution and how you can move from talk to action. Important pre-ALP action: To prepare for our DEI discussion, complete the DEI Maturity Index before ALP, and bring a copy of your results with you.
