CHRO Summit Registration Policies
Payment, Cancellations and Refunds
All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the CHRO Summit. Individuals who register using a purchase order are considered fully registered and will be subject to substitution and cancellation deadlines and fees. However, a purchase order does not constitute payment. All purchase orders are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be satisfied by check or credit card by January 24. Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and sent to CUPA-HR, P.O. Box 306257, Nashville, TN 37230-6257.
CHRO Summit cancellations received by January 24 will be processed with no cancellation fee. Cancellations received after January 24 will not be eligible for refunds. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Requests — Requests for cancellations must be made via the CUPA-HR CHRO Summit Cancellation Request Form.
Code of Conduct
Attendees must behave responsibly at all CUPA-HR events. Threatening physical or verbal actions; disorderly or disruptive conduct; and harassment, sexual or otherwise, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in removal from the event, denial of access to virtual meeting platforms and other penalties. Registration fees will not be refunded if an individual is removed from the event as a result of violation of this code.
