Melanie DeSantis, Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Franklin & Marshall College, to Serve as the Chair of CUPA-HR’s Eastern Region Board of Directors

Melanie DeSantis, associate vice president for human resources at Franklin & Marshall College, will serve as chair of the Eastern Region board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) for the 2023-24 fiscal year. She will begin her term on July 1.

DeSantis has served on the Eastern Region board for two years, including one as chair-elect, and as secretary and president of the CUPA-HR Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Chapter. She has also participated in regional and national committees, including the national CUPA-HR Public Policy Committee. DeSantis was also selected to participate in the 2018-19 cohort of the Emerging CUPA-HR Leaders program.
