FLSA: Preparing Your Campus for Changes to the Regulation

Hear from a panel of higher ed HR leaders how HR can begin preparing now for the upcoming changes to the FLSA overtime rule. Topics of discussion will include how to conduct an analysis of key impacted jobs; the importance of auditing job descriptions and roles and responsibilities of impacted jobs before the new rule goes into effect; and the "nuts and bolts" related to time reporting, benefits, and communications around the changes to impacted jobs. After the panel discussion, you'll have an opportunity in facilitated breakout groups to draft an implementation plan.
