Two-Year Faculty in Higher Education

Changes to CUPA-HR Faculty Surveys
Because many two-year institutions now benchmark faculty salaries by discipline and many four-year institutions are now hiring full-time faculty with master’s degrees, it makes sense to create a single faculty survey that addresses the benchmarking needs of all institutions. Therefore, CUPA-HR has discontinuing the Two-Year Faculty in Higher Education Survey in 2018-19 and asks associate’s and four-year institutions to participate in the same faculty survey. The Faculty in Higher Education Survey will contain all the data from previous faculty surveys and much more!

The Two-Year Faculty in Higher Education Survey collects aggregated data for full-time and adjunct (pay-per-course) faculty at community and technical colleges. Data collected for full-time faculty include: education level, years of service, average salary, lowest salary and highest salary.
