If I already have a DOD subscription, will I receive a DOD renewal invoice?

No, CUPA-HR does not send out renewal invoices for DOD. You will need to place your order online to renew your DataOnDemand.

I need an invoice to request a purchase order. How can I get one?

If you need an invoice to request a purchase order, start by placing your DOD order online. Select “purchase order” as your form of payment and enter your phone number in place of the purchase order number. Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, CUPA-HR will email an invoice for the amount due.

Can I use a purchase order to pay for my order?

Yes, you have the option to pay with a purchase order at checkout. Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, CUPA-HR will email an invoice for the amount due.

Can I pay for my order with a check?

Yes. To pay by check, select “purchase order” as your form of payment and enter your phone number in place of the purchase order number. Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, CUPA-HR will email an invoice for the amount due.

Can I pay for my order with a credit card?

Absolutely. After you place your order online, you will receive a detailed confirmation email which serves as your receipt.
