Amanda Bailey, Vice President of Human Resources at Brown University, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Amanda Bailey, vice president of human resources at Brown University, has been selected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She will join the board on July 1.

Bailey has been a member of CUPA-HR for 12 years. She specializes in HR leadership development, strategy, operations and organizational culture. She serves as an advisory board member for the Ann Frank Center of Mutual Respect, as the principal consultant for HR Matters Consulting, and as a board member for Skills for Rhode Island’s Future. Bailey continues to volunteer her time to local community organizations.

Bailey joined the HR team at Brown University in 2018. Prior to her role at Brown University, she worked as associate vice president of human resources at Morehouse College. She has spent more than a decade in HR in higher education and K-12, public, and private school systems.
