Higher education is undergoing a massive shift in its workforce. As baby boomers retire and are replaced by millennials and Generation Z, institutions risk systematically losing important knowledge and historical context needed for efficient and effective operations. We will explore the changing workforce and the four key components of institutional succession planning, including:

• Developing a strategic workforce plan based on existing population data to proactively understand areas where the organization will be changing
