Ira Shepard, CUPA-HR’s general counsel and a labor and employment lawyer in Washington, D.C., for more than 40 years, will kick off the event covering the most current employment law issues impacting college campuses. He will be joined by his colleague Candace McLaren, who has over 20 years of investigative and compliance experience and who formerly served as director of the U.S. Department of Education's Clery Act Compliance Division.
