Changes to 2024-25 Surveys

Every year, we make improvements to our annual surveys based on input from CUPA-HR members, survey participants, and the CUPA-HR Research Advisory Committee. This year, we are responding with significant changes that will give you more of the data you need to inform workforce planning and workplace policy decisions.

Be sure to watch the on-demand webinar “CUPA-HR 2024-25 Survey Participation — Big Changes Ahead!” The webinar, presented by CUPA-HR’s research team, will be packed with important details and will include time for questions.

The Administrators Survey will include total compensation for select executive positions.
A new survey will collect data on the employee experience, workplace policies, benefits, and more.
Other changes will collect more useful data and improve the collection process.
Reminder: The survey participation window opens in early September.
