To achieve our mission, CUPA-HR partners with other higher education and HR management associations to advocate on federal legislative and regulatory issues that impact the higher ed workplace.
CUPA-HR promotes fair and open competition among higher education organizations and discourages discussions or agreements that could be anticompetitive.
CUPA-HR does not offer legal advice or counsel in any of its communications, meetings or activities. Decisions impacting the college or university should always be made with guidance from the institution’s legal counsel.
