Pay Online: To pay by credit card, log in to your CUPA-HR profile. In the Membership box, click the “Pay Now” link and follow the listed instructions.

Pay With an Invoice: To receive an invoice and pay by mail, log in to your CUPA-HR profile. In the Membership box, click the “Print Renewal Invoice” to view, print or download your invoice as a PDF. Primary Contact — This is the individual on your organization’s roster who is assigned to be the point person for your membership.

Chief HR Officer (CHRO) — This is your institution’s senior HR professional, the one responsible for leading your institution’s HR team, even if their title doesn’t include “CHRO.”

Company Managers — Employees on your roster who are designated as Company Managers can renew your organization’s membership and manage the roster.
