In this half-day virtual workshop, you’ll learn how to turn professional growth goals into action, explore whether leadership is your next step, and discover strategies to position yourself for a successful transition into a leadership role when the time comes.
The workshop format is highly interactive and includes presentations, reflections, hands-on activities and dialogue with peers, so come prepared to engage, reflect and share ideas. Each segment of the workshop is led by experts in leadership and higher ed HR, with each topic area building on the previous one. Seats are limited to support interaction among participants. The workshop will not be recorded.
