CUPA-HR will be upgrading to a new management system April 24-29. DataOnDemand purchasing and user-management functions will be unavailable during this time. If you have access to DOD before 5:00 p.m. ET on April 23, you will be able to access your subscriptions during the upgrade, but service may be intermittent on April 29.

Log In to Surveys Online/DataOnDemand

Having trouble accessing your DataOnDemand subscription? Review these steps for gaining access.

Surveys Online is CUPA-HR's data collection platform and home to DataOnDemand (DOD). After your institution has purchased DOD subscription(s), and you have been authorized to access DOD on your institution's behalf, you are ready to log in.

Use your CUPA-HR website log-in credentials (that is, the username and password used to access the Knowledge Center, purchase survey results, register for events, access members-only resources, etc.).

"I don't know my CUPA-HR website log-in credentials. What should I do?" Click the button below to go to the log-in screen and follow the prompts to obtain your username and reset your password.

Please do not create a new account. If you have trouble logging in, contact CUPA-HR toll free at 877-287-2474 or by email.

The Exceptions

As with so many good things, there are a few exceptions. Your situation is an exception if:

• You are a consultant working on behalf of one or more higher ed institutions
• You have been informed by our research team that your situation is an exception
