Spring Conference Scholarships

Scholarship applications for the 2024 Spring Conference have closed. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application by March 5, 2024.

Each year, CUPA-HR awards conference scholarships to individuals who desire to engage in learning, networking and professional development at CUPA-HR's spring conference. The scholarships are typically presented to higher ed HR professionals who would otherwise not have the means to attend the conference.

The scholarships cover registration to the 2024 CUPA-HR Spring Conference, taking place April 21-23 in Minneapolis, and hotel accommodations for three nights at the conference hotel.

Eligibility and Timeline

Scholarships are available to HR professionals employed by CUPA-HR member institutions.

Because our goal is to assist those who have not had the means to attend a conference, individuals who have attended a national CUPA-HR conference within the past three years, as well as past scholarship recipients, are not eligible for a conference scholarship.

The timeline for selection is as follows:

• Scholarship Application Opens — February 5, 2024
• Scholarship Application Deadline — February 19, 2024
• Notification — March 5, 2024
