Subscription Pricing
2027 DataOnDemand (DOD) for CUPA-HR’s signature surveys will be available in mid-February (pre-orders start in December 2026). This year will bring a significant increase in pricing for institutions that do not participate in the surveys, and a modest increase in pricing for institutions that participate in the surveys.

** To purchase DataOnDemand for the Total Compensation Survey, institutions must have completed both the Administrator’s Survey and the Total Compensation portion of the Administrators Survey.
Pricing for Multi-Institution and Multi-Campus Systems
In accordance with our data use agreement, results must be purchased for each institution in which CUPA-HR data is used and may only be used for the institution for which the DOD subscription was purchased. Results may not be shared with — or used for — institutions within a multi-institution system for which data has not been purchased.
