Welcome to the New CUPA-HR Website!

If you’re visiting the CUPA-HR website for the first time since July 8, you’ll find it looks very different. Here are a few of the highlights:

  • It’s bigger and brighter.
  • The menu is streamlined to make navigating easier.
  • Our higher ed HR resources — webinar recordings, research highlights and publications, toolkits, news, and articles — are all in one location to make finding them easier.
  • Website search results are cleaner and more reliable.
  • The site meets today’s accessibility standards, and it scales down beautifully on tablets and phones.

With the site’s new underpinnings, we had to change most of our URLs. Here are the new URLs for some of our most frequently visited pages:

Be sure to explore the News and Resources section. That’s where you’ll find content that used to be located in the Knowledge Center and other areas of the previous website.

We still have work to do.

Many of our older PDFs need to be modified to improve their accessibility. We’re also continuing to add older content that is still very relevant today. So consider this phase one, with phase two already in progress.
