Larry Robertson, Director of Compensation and HR Systems at Oklahoma City Community College, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Larry Robertson, director of compensation and HR systems at Oklahoma City Community College, has been tapped to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). He will join the board on July 1.

Some highlights of Robertson’s CUPA-HR service over the past 16 years include serving as president of the Oklahoma Chapter and as chair on the Southern Region board. He’s also served on the national-level learning and professional development committee.

Robertson has worked in HR for 21 years, 16 of which have been spent at Oklahoma City Community College. He began his career at OCCC as a human resources specialist, then served as senior human resources specialist and worked his way up to director of human resources. He’s also served as the acting vice president for human resources.
