Individuals invited to participate in ALP include incoming leaders from the national, regional and chapter levels:
Due to space constraints, CUPA-HR can invite 82 chapter representatives (two per chapter) and a limited number of additional chapter representatives. If your chapter would like to request consideration to send more than two chapter representatives, the cost per additional person is $500 for three nights’ lodging (July 10, 11 and 12), conference supplies and meals. These and other travel costs (including airfare) must be paid by the participant or chapter. Keep in mind that anyone attending ALP must be a national CUPA-HR member.
If you would like your additional chapter representatives to be added to a waiting list for consideration, please contact CUPA-HR and we will let you know if we can accept the additional registration.
CUPA-HR is grateful for your support and the support of our corporate partners who help make this event possible. Unfortunately the cost of attendance significantly exceeds what is charged for additional registrations. As such we are unable to extend any discounts for sharing hotel rooms, forgoing hotel rooms, sharing travel expenses, etc.
Chapter leaders who have registered and are now unable to attend should contact CUPA-HR at their earliest convenience to discuss the possibility of sending another leader to ALP. The national office will extend invitations.
Your registration ensures that space is reserved for you. Your attendance is expected. If you are unable to attend, please contact CUPA-HR at your earliest convenience.
