Quint Hill, Director of Human Resources at University System of Georgia, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Quint Hill, director of human resources at University System of Georgia, has been tapped to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She will join the board on July 1.

Hill has been a member of CUPA-HR for 14 years and has held several leadership positions at the chapter and region level. She was a founding member of the CUPA-HR Georgia Chapter and served as its president in 2007-08. She also served for seven years on the association’s Southern Region board of directors, including terms as secretary/treasurer and chair. At the national level, Hill has served on the learning and professional development committee and the diversity, equity and inclusion committee and participated in CUPA-HR’s Creating Inclusive Communities multimedia project.

Hill has worked in higher education human resources for more than 20 years.
