Pamela Prescod-Caesar, Vice President for Human Resources at Swarthmore College, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Pamela Prescod-Caesar, vice president for human resources at Swarthmore College, has been tapped to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She joined the board on July 1.

Prescod-Caesar has been an actively involved as a leader with CUPA-HR. She has served on the Eastern Region Board of Directors and has presented at the national and regional association level. Prescod-Caesar has worked in higher ed human resources for 15 years.
