Jennifer Lucas, Co-Director of Human Resources at Gettysburg College, to Serve as Chair of CUPA-HR’s Eastern Region Board of Directors

Jennifer Lucas, co-director of human resources at Gettysburg College, has been selected to serve as chair of the Eastern Region board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) for the 2018-19 fiscal year. She will begin her term on July 1.

Lucas has served as a volunteer leader for the association in several capacities over the past eight years, including terms on the national-level Public Policy Committee, the national-level Learning and Professional Development Committee, the Eastern Region Conference Program Committee and the Eastern Pennsylvania/Delaware Chapter board of directors.
