Heather Hart, Executive Director of Human Resources at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana-Lafayette, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Heather Hart, executive director of human resources at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana-Lafayette, has been selected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She will join the board on July 1.

Hart has been a member of CUPA-HR for 13 years. She was selected for the association’s Emerging CUPA-HR Leaders program in 2015-16, and since that time has been active in the association’s learning and professional development committee and public policy committee. She has served on the Midwest Region board of directors for five years, serving as chair in 2019-20.

Hart joined the HR team at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana-Lafayette in 2008.
