CUPA-HR Wildfire Program Offers Unique Opportunity to Early-Career Human Resources Professionals in Higher Education

Six members of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) have been selected to participate in the 2015-16 CUPA-HR Wildfire Program, a 12-month leadership development experience for early-career higher education human resource professionals. The six selected participants will have the opportunity to develop their professional skills through tailored learning experiences including mentorship, conference attendance and the development of articles and resources based on the insights they gain throughout the year.

Now in its second year, the program received more than 130 applications. Participants were selected based on their interest in and commitment to the program and on the HR strengths and areas for development they identified on the program application.
