Carol Hintz, Vice Chancellor for Human Resources at University of Missouri-Kansas City, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Carol Hintz, vice chancellor for human resources at University of Missouri-Kansas City, has been tapped to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She will join the board on July 1.

Hintz has been a CUPA-HR member for 10 years and has held various leadership roles in the organization, including chair of the Midwest Region board of directors. She has also contributed to the association’s The Higher Education Workplace magazine and has presented on the topics of motivation and creating a meaningful career in higher ed.

Hintz has worked in human resources for more than 30 years, 11 of which have been in higher education.
