Data Champion applications for 2021 have now closed.
CUPA-HR members and others turn to the CUPA-HR Data User Group in CUPA-HR Connect for a lot of reasons. Some are looking for guidance making data-informed HR decisions, while others are looking for practical tips on using CUPA-HR’s DataOnDemand tool.
To ensure the group provides robust information and engaging conversation for all its members, we’re inviting you to become a Data Champion!
CUPA-HR Data Champions are volunteers who help support and guide the conversations in the CUPA-HR Data User Group.
An ideal Data Champion volunteer is someone who actively participates in online community groups by posting and responding to comments and questions. We’d love to have Data Champions who have experience with DataOnDemand (DOD), but that’s not a requirement. A great Data Champion could also be someone who loves using research and data in their work as a higher ed HR professional.
The community administrator, who is a member of the CUPA-HR national office staff, will reach out occasionally to the Data Champion volunteers for help responding to posts.
Ultimately, a Data Champion is a leader in the CUPA-HR Data User Group in CUPA-HR Connect.
