Each year, CUPA-HR recognizes the leadership, dedication and emerging practices demonstrated by higher ed HR professionals, teams and champions across the country.
Our award presentations now take place in Zoom meetings, which allows HR teams and institutional leaders to join in the recognition and celebration of the outstanding efforts of their award recipients.

CUPA-HR invites nominations for the Higher Education HR Awards beginning in January each year. In addition to an engraved award and national recognition, awards include a monetary contribution to the award recipient’s institution, made possible through the generous support of our award sponsors.
