Advertising in the CUPA-HR annual conference program will maximize your conference investment by providing yet another tool to increase visibility, bring traffic to your booth and promote your brand to influential prospects that have the necessary buying power. Space is limited!
Advertising in the CUPA-HR Annual Conference program is limited to corporate partners who are sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the conference.

Conference Meeting Space Branding
Concurrent Hall Windows – $3,500 (SOLD OUT)
Frame a view of the Rocky Mountains with your company logo and/or advertisement. Conference attendees will frequently pass by each of these branded windows as they walk between the Expo Hall or Keynote sessions and breakout sessions.
Aurora Ballroom Doors – $3,500 (SOLD OUT)
Highlight your brand by advertising on doors outside the Aurora Ballroom, where attendees will attend Keynote sessions and visit the Expo Hall each day.
Aurora Corridor Doors – $5,000 (SOLD OUT)
Place your message on the largest available meeting space doors, located directly across from the Expo Hall. Attendees will see your company logo or ad as they enter and exit the Expo Hall each day.
Branding space must be reserved by August 12, 2019. Artwork is due August 28, 2019. All meeting space branding will include a portion of art at the top of the advertisement dedicated to the CUPA-HR Annual Conference. See examples below.
