Workshop Registration/Cancellation Policies

Payment, Cancellations and Refunds

All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the workshop. Purchase orders are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be satisfied by check or credit card before the workshop. Make checks payable to CUPA-HR and send to CUPA-HR, P.O. Box 306257, Nashville, TN 37230-6257.

Substitution and Cancellation Requests — Requests for substitutions and cancellations must be made using the form below.   

Code of Conduct 

Attendees must behave responsibly at all events. Threatening physical or verbal actions; disorderly or disruptive conduct; and harassment, sexual or otherwise, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in removal from the meeting, denial of access to virtual meeting platforms, and other penalties. Registration fees will not be refunded if an individual is removed from the conference as a result of violation of this code.

Recording 

This event may be recorded. Photos and videos may be used in promotional materials for CUPA-HR. Other recording or photography during virtual conference sessions is prohibited unless prior consent has been obtained from CUPA-HR.
