On August 25, the Office of Management and Budget approved a revised Form I-9, which will be published no later than Nov 22, 2016. Employers will need to start using the new form as of January 22, 2017. During this webinar, you’ll get an overview of the new form from Dave Basham of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and learn how to conduct employment eligibility verifications correctly.
