The Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division’s much-anticipated final rule to expand overtime pay eligibility will be released sometime later this year. Employers don’t know what the final rule will look like, but they do know they should be building their compliance strategies.
Developed in collaboration with Sibson Consulting and several higher ed HR practitioners from across the country, this webinar will focus on the dynamic challenges higher ed institutions face in responding to the proposed rule changes.
Though we will not be able to cover all details surrounding the final rule, time will be spent addressing compliance and communication strategies, preparing budgets and addressing possible morale and productivity issues.
