Webinar Materials and Other Resources

Employee well-being is a critical component of creating a campus culture that promotes health and wellness, but launching a new program and getting employee buy-in can be a daunting task. When HR departments at East Carolina University and the University of California-San Diego implemented programs on their campuses, the most critical component for success was their partnership with their colleagues in campus recreation.

This webinar, a follow-up to our spring webinar, “Employee Well-Being: Collaborative Partnerships Between Campus Recreation, Wellness and Human Resources,” will dive deeper into the nuts and bolts of setting up these collaborative programs. You’ll learn:

  • How relationships between recreation and HR were formed
  • How the programs began and grew
  • How barriers have been overcome
  • How the programs will continue to grow into the future

Join representatives from ECU and UC San Diego as they provide examples, insight and advice to help you start or grow your own campus’ effort.
