Fall 2020 could mark the greatest changes in the higher ed workforce in decades, and the demand for benchmarking these changes will be high. As always, CUPA-HR will be collecting workforce data to inform the strategic decisions higher ed HR leaders will make in response to budget cuts, lower enrollments, and shifts in priorities.
