"Every aspect of this program was amazing. The 'hard' topics addressed, as well as the interaction, conversations and actions this sparked were wonderful."
"This was the most comprehensive training I've received on racism and racial justice."
"Eric and Homa's message was different than the everyday diversity workshops and messages we're hearing."
Developed by Homa Tavangar and Eric Dozier, this unique interactive workshop is designed to unlock the mindsets and skillsets that help us go deeper than "achieving diversity." With a focus on destiny, not deficit — reflecting an abundant, asset-based view of human potential — this workshop will help participants gain racial literacy, learn positive approaches, and cultivate the courage and skills needed for building racial justice.
Your registration includes a seat at each of the four virtual workshop sessions. The deadline to register is October 25. However, seating is limited, so register early if you plan to attend.
