The UHE Experience is a virtual small-group experience based on CUPA-HR’s popular in-person workshop and e-learning course, Understanding Higher Education.
Like the in-person workshops at CUPA-HR conferences, this experience gives you the opportunity to interact with other participants and the program's knowledgeable higher ed HR facilitators to learn how other institutions operate and gain expert insight into the unique aspects of higher education and higher ed HR. And like the e-learning course, it allows you the flexibility to learn and participate on your own time.
By the end of this 10-week experience, you’ll have new knowledge, ideas and professional connections that will enhance your own success and help you make an impact at your college or university.
The UHE Experience is open to CUPA-HR members who are new to the higher ed workplace and would like to gain insight into the business of higher education while connecting with higher ed HR professionals at other institutions.
The registration fee for this one-of-a-kind experience is $115.
