DataOnDemand (DOD) is an application that lets you conduct your own analyses of CUPA-HR survey data any time you want and as often as you want, using peer comparison groups that you create. During this hands-on lab, you’ll learn from CUPA-HR’s research team everything you need to know about how to get started with and use DOD to obtain the data your institution needs for strategic decision-making. In this lab, we’ll cover:
- How to create custom comparison groups
- Benchmarking turnover rates, staffing ratios, operating expenses, and more
- Understanding basic salary statistics
- Running and interpreting basic DOD reports
- Benchmarking staff sizes for various departments
