Hotel Reservations

CUPA-HR will reserve a single room for you at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel based on the following schedule:

Extending Your Stay

If you wish to arrive early or stay late, please contact Shiona Christensen to reserve additional nights at your own expense. The room rate for additional nights is $124 per night, plus tax, and is based on availability.

Special Accommodations

CUPA-HR strives to meet the needs of all participants. Please indicate special accommodations needed, including dietary restrictions, on the registration form. A member of the national office staff may contact you if additional information is required.

Airport – Hotel Ground Transportation

Complimentary transportation from/to the Tampa International Airport and the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel is provided. Please collect your baggage. Then call the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza at 813-870-8700 to request an airport pick-up.

Parking Information

Self-parking at the hotel is complimentary. Valet parking is $23 daily. CUPA-HR will not reimburse for parking.
