The travel arrangement process is easier than ever! The association will provide round-trip airfare booked through CUPA-HR's travel agent (up to $450). Look for details in your registration confirmation message. Please DO NOT BOOK your travel until you’ve completed your ALP registration.

CUPA-HR will reserve a single room for you at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel based on the following schedule:

If you wish to arrive early or stay late, please contact Shiona Christensen to reserve additional nights at your own expense. The room rate for additional nights is $124 per night, plus tax, and is based on availability.
CUPA-HR strives to meet the needs of all participants. Please indicate special accommodations needed, including dietary restrictions, on the registration form. A member of the national office staff may contact you if additional information is required.
Conference dress is casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly.
Complimentary transportation from/to the Tampa International Airport and the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel is provided. Please collect your baggage. Then call the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza at 813-877-9200 to request an airport pick-up.
Self-parking at the hotel is complimentary. Valet parking is $23 daily. CUPA-HR will not reimburse for parking.
