This registration form and rates listed apply only to higher education institutions and conference presenters. If you are not with a higher education institution or not a conference presenter, please contact exhibits@cupahr.org for direction on how to participate in this event.
Register by May 1 for the Biggest Savings!
Full registration for the CUPA-HR Western Region Conference 2009 includes all educational sessions and events. One-day conference registrations are available, but do not include the Tuesday night gala.
After the first registration at full price, additional registrations from the same institution submitted at the same time will qualify for a discount. Please coordinate with your colleagues to receive this discount, as no exceptions will be made.

Registration Payment
World Ventures Tour and Travel will accept and process CUPA-HR Western Region 2009 registrations.
You may register by fax, mail or on the Web. Regardless of method, your payment by check or credit card must accompany your registration form.
Checks must be made payable to WVTT-CUPA-HR Western Region and mailed, along with the registration form, to WVTT, c/o CUPA-HR, 6601 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. The WVTT phone number is (800) 753-3823.
Purchase orders will be accepted from CUPA-HR members only and must be made payable to WVTT-CUPA-HR Western Region. However, purchase orders must be paid by the early registration date for the early fee to apply. If purchase orders are not paid by the early registration deadline, they will be rebilled at the regular rate.
Individuals with unpaid purchase orders one week before the conference are not registered and will not receive a name badge or be included on the participant list. In addition, the participant will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check made out to WVTT-CUPA-HR Western Region. No exceptions will be made.

Substitutions, Cancellations, No-shows and Refunds
Substitutions will be accepted and assessed a $20 fee for individuals who register for the conference but are unable to attend. CUPA-HR will allow another individual from your institution to attend the conference in your place. Notification of substitution is due by May 25.
Cancellations will be accepted, and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $50 fee will be charged for conference cancellations received on or before May 25. Registration fees will not be refunded if notices of cancellations are received after May 25. There is a $25 cancellation fee for the preconference workshop.
No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
