Airport
Denver International Airport (DIA) provides service to 18 commercial airlines. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away from The Westin Westminster.
Transportation
The CUPA-HR Western Region has arranged for discounted shuttle service from the Denver International Airport to the conference hotel. Use this link to reserve your spot. If you choose not to go through this link directly, you will need to enter the group code "exny5" on the Super Shuttle Web site.
The Westin Westminster provides driving directions from several locations. Parking at the hotel is complimentary.
What to Wear
Conference dress is business casual. Tuesday’s off-site event is casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. For the Healthy Campus Fun Run/Walk, workout/exercise wear and athletic shoes are recommended.
Program Accessibility
CUPA-HR seeks to accommodate all people with disabilities at the conference. Please indicate your needs on the registration form or call (800) 753-3823 to speak with a World Ventures Tour and Travel staff member to discuss your needs.
Your contact hours at CUPA-HR's Western Region Conference 2009 may be accepted for recertification by other organizations. Be sure to keep appropriate materials, especially a copy of the final program, to document your attendance. A contact-hours sheet will be provided for your convenience. Complete and submit it to the association that provided your certification. CUPA-HR does not keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.
This program has been pre-approved by HRCI for recertification. Credit hour forms will be available on site.

Nonsmoking Policy
In accordance with CUPA-HR policy, smoking is prohibited at all CUPA-HR regional conference functions.
