Discounts

All CUPA-HR member institutions receive one salary survey report (PDF) complimentary as a benefit of membership. Member institutions that participate in data collection for a survey also receive a 50% discount off the cost of purchasing that survey’s results. Nonmember institutions that participate in a survey receive a 25% discount. All non-participating institutions pay full price for survey results. Volume discounts are also available — 5% for ordering both the report and DataOnDemand (DOD) for the same salary survey; 10% for ordering reports or DOD for two salary surveys; and 20% for ordering reports or DOD for three or more salary surveys.

Additional discounts are available to university systems purchasing results for their institutions and on purchases by an alliance/consortium of institutions. We do not offer discounts for Special Studies.

IMPORTANT: Discounts apply only to your current order. If you order a report now and later order DOD for the same survey, you will not receive a discount. If you order one report or DOD now and later place an order for two additional reports or DOD, you receive a discount of 10% for purchasing results from two surveys. The complimentary survey report received by each CUPA-HR member institution may not be applied toward a discount.

Special Studies

Special Studies are custom reports produced by the CUPA-HR research staff, based upon selection criteria specified by the purchaser. We conduct these upon request but recommend that you purchase DataOnDemand (DOD) instead. DOD provides far greater value: while special studies provide only a single cut of the data, with DOD you’ll have direct and unlimited access to survey data from the date of purchase until January 31 of the following year.

2011 prices are $680 for a survey non-participant, $510 for a non-member participant and $340 for a member participant. Discounts are not available.

Price Increase in 2012 for Special Studies

In 2012, the price for a Special Study will be the same as DataOnDemand — $1,060 for a survey non-participant, $795 for a non-member participant and $530 for a member participant.
