Airport
Just 10 minutes from downtown, the Louisville International Airport now has nonstop service to 23 destinations and convenient connections to cities worldwide.
Transportation
The Galt House has arranged airport transportation with your reservation via Sandollar Limousine. To take advantage of this service you can go directly to their Web site, www.sandollarlimo.com or www.galthouseshuttle.com to give your flight information and details. The cost for this service is $15 per person one way or discounted $25 round trip per person and can be attached to room billing. Once at the hotel you can arrange your departing trip at the transportation desk directly at (502) 561-4011.
The Galt House provides driving directions from several locations. Parking at the hotel is $9.
What to Wear
Conference dress is business casual. Monday’s off-site event is casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. For the Healthy Campus Fun Run/Walk, workout/exercise wear and athletic shoes are recommended.
Program Accessibility

Your contact hours at CUPA-HR's Southern Region Conference 2009 may be accepted for recertification by other organizations. Be sure to keep appropriate materials, especially a copy of the final program, to document your attendance. A contact-hours sheet will be provided for your convenience. Complete and submit it to the association that provided your certification. CUPA-HR does not keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.

Nonsmoking Policy
In accordance with CUPA-HR policy, smoking is prohibited at all CUPA-HR regional conference functions.
