Serviced by 21 major airlines, Sky Harbor International has more than 1,500 flights arriving and departing daily, and offers non-stop service to 114 cities worldwide. Scottsdale Airport offers complete services for corporate jets and charters.
The conference hotel operates a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Chaparral Suites Resort Scottsdale provides driving directions from a variety of locations. Parking at the hotel is complimentary.
Conference dress is business casual, with Southwest/casual attire for the opening reception on Sunday evening. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly.

Your contact hours at CUPA-HR's Southwest Region Conference 2008 may be accepted for recertification by other organizations. Be sure to keep appropriate materials, especially a copy of the final program, to document your attendance. A contact-hours sheet will be enclosed in your registration packet for your convenience. Complete and submit it to the association that provided your certification. CUPA-HR does not keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.
