Full registration for the CUPA-HR Southern Region Conference 2008 includes all educational sessions and events. One-day conference registrations are available, but do not include the Monday night social event.

UT Conferences will accept and process CUPA-HR Southern Region 2008 registrations.
You may register by fax, mail or on the Web. Regardless of method, your payment by check or credit card must accompany your registration form.
Checks must be made payable to UT Conferences-CUPA-HR Southern Region 2008 and mailed to UT Conferences, P.O. Box 2648, Knoxville, TN 37901. Registration forms and payments remitted by courier (e.g., Federal Express or UPS) should be mailed to UT Conferences, 600 Henley Street, Suite 212, Knoxville, TN 37902. The UT Conferences phone number is (865) 974-0280.
Purchase orders will be accepted from CUPA-HR members only and must be made payable to UT Conferences-CUPA-HR Southern Region 2008. However, purchase orders must be paid by the early registration date for the early fee to apply. Purchase orders paid after the early registration deadline will be rebilled at the regular rate.
Individuals with unpaid purchase orders one week before the conference are not registered and will not receive a name badge or be included on the participant list. In addition, the participant will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check made out to UT Conferences-CUPA-HR Southern Region 2008. No exceptions will be made.
You may fax purchase orders and credit charges 24 hours a day to UT Conferences at 865-974-0264.
Substitutions will be accepted and assessed an $18 fee for individuals who register for the conference but are unable to attend. CUPA-HR will allow another individual from your institution to attend the conference in your place. Notification of substitution is due by May 30.
Cancellations will be accepted, and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $50 fee will be charged for conference cancellations received on or before May 30. Registration fees will not be refunded if notices of cancellations are received after May 30.
No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
