Full registration for the CUPA-HR Northwest Region Conference 2008 includes all educational sessions and events with the exception of the pre-conference workshop held on Sunday, May 18. One-day conference registrations are available, but do not include the Tuesday night social event at the Powerhouse.
Advanced conference registration closes May 9. After that date, registration will be available on-site at the conference.

Conference Chair Wendy Davis will accept and process CUPA-HR Midwest Region 2008 registrations.
You may register by fax, mail or on the Web. Regardless of method, your payment by check or credit card must accompany your registration form.
Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and mailed to Wendy Davis, Central Wyoming College, 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, Wyoming 82501. Registration forms and payments remitted by courier (e.g., Federal Express or UPS) should be mailed to Wendy Davis, Central Wyoming College, 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, Wyoming 82501. Purchase orders will be accepted from CUPA-HR members only and must be made payable to CUPA-HR. However, purchase orders must be paid by the early registration date for the early fee to apply. Purchase orders paid after the early registration deadline will be rebilled at the regular rate.
Individuals with unpaid purchase orders one week before the conference are not registered and will not receive a name badge or be included on the participant list. In addition, the participant will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check made out to CUPA-HR. No exceptions will be made.
You may fax purchase orders and credit charges 24-hours-a-day to 307-855-2095.
CUPA-HR will allow another individual from your institution to attend the conference in your place. Notification of substitution is due by May 1. Please send notification in writing of the substitution to wdavis@cwc.edu or by fax to 307-855-2095.
Cancellations will be accepted, and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $50 fee will be charged for conference cancellations received on or before April 25. The workshop cancellation fee is $25 for each workshop. Registration fees will not be refunded if notices of cancellations are received after April 25.
No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
