Chicago is served by two airports, O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. Served by 42 airlines, O’Hare International has more than a thousand flights arriving and departing daily, and is one of the busiest airports in the world. Midway International Airport offers complete services for nine major airlines.
From O'Hare Airport (18 miles):
Continental Airport Express: Board shuttles from lower level baggage claim area. The Airport Express runs daily every 15 minutes from 6:05 a.m.-7:45 p.m.

Taxis hailed from either airport to the Hyatt will cost approximately $30-$40.
The Hyatt Regency Chicago provides driving directions from several locations. Overnight parking at the hotel is $45 with in/out privileges. The hotel offers the West Tower Morning Special at $16.00 (in before 9:00 a.m., out before 6:00 p.m.). NOTE: This is for people going to the hotel for meetings, NOT for overnight guests.
Conference dress is business casual. Monday's evening event is casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. For the 5K Fun Run/Walk, workout/exercise wear and athletic shoes are recommended.

Complete and submit it to the association that provided your certification. CUPA-HR does not keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.
