
CUPA-HR's Public Policy Agenda
The Public Policy Committee establishes recommended positions and priorities on legislative and regulatory issues impacting CUPA-HR members. The committee consists of the current CUPA-HR president, president-elect, past president, and chief executive officer. In crafting its recommendations, the Public Policy Committee relies on input from CUPA-HR’s government relations officer and Public Policy Advisory Groups, which are comprised of senior CUPA-HR members. The Public Policy Statement serves as the roadmap for our advocacy in Washington, D.C. The association's government relations officer, located in Washington, D.C., monitors regulatory and legislative developments and works with policy makers and other associations to advance issues of importance to CUPA-HR members.
