Nerissa Morris, Vice President for Human Resources at University of Miami, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Nerissa Morris, vice president for human resources at University of Miami, has been tapped to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She will join the board on July 1.

Morris has been a member of CUPA-HR for seven years and was a participant in the association’s 2015-16 emerging leader program. She has also served on the association’s public policy committee and has presented at two CUPA-HR annual conferences.

Morris has worked at University of Miami for seven years. Prior to that, she worked in HR for Ford Motor Company for 22 years.
