Kelli Shuman, Vice President of Human Resources at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, to Serve on CUPA-HR Board of Directors

Kelli Shuman, vice president of human resources at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, has been tapped to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). She will join the board on July 1.

Shuman has served in leadership roles in CUPA-HR for seven years. Some highlights of her service include serving as the chair-elect, chair, past chair and treasurer of the Midwest Region board of directors.

She has worked in human resources for 12 years. Prior to her current role with South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, she served the institution as assistant director, HR generalist and personnel assistant.
