Advanced Registration Ends March 21!
Full Registration: Includes all educational sessions, meals and events and entry into the Expo.
One-day Registration: These fees cover all meals and activities on the day for which you registered. The Monday social requires an additional fee.
Online conference registration closes April 25. After that date, registration will be available on site at the conference.
When registering online, use your CUPA-HR personal log-in credentials (not your institutional dues credentials or Surveys Online login). Call 877-287-2474 if you do not know your log-in information.

Registration Payment
Individuals registering with purchase orders are considered fully registered and will be subject to substitution and cancellation deadlines and fees. If purchase orders/checks are not paid within two weeks of the advanced registration deadline, they will be rebilled at the regular rate. Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and sent to CUPA-HR, Dept. 888204, Knoxville, TN 37995-8204.
Registrations that still carry a balance due after registration closes on April 25 are considered cancellations and will be notified as such. Those registrations will be invoiced for the full cancellation fee of $100. Should the unpaid participant attend the conference, he/she will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check, but will no longer be subject to the cancellation fee. CUPA-HR is unable to accommodate exceptions.
Substitutions, Cancellations, No-Shows and Refunds
Substitutions can be made prior to April 25, and should be submitted in writing. A $25 fee is required.
Workshop and Conference Cancellations received through March 21, the advanced registration deadline, will be processed with no cancellation fees. From March 22 until April 25, cancellations will be accepted and an administrative fee of $100 will be assessed for conference cancellations, while a fee of $25 will be assessed for workshop cancellations. Unfortunately, CUPA-HR will be unable to refund registration fees if cancellations are received after April 25. In such case, no additional administrative fee will be charged. If you have questions or extenuating circumstances, please contact meetings@cupahr.org.
No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
