This registration form & rates listed apply to only higher education institutions & conference presenters. If you are not with a higher education institution or not a conference presenter, please contact exhibits@cupahr.org for direction on how to participate in this event.

Register by February 26 for the Biggest Savings!

Full registration for the CUPA-HR Midwest Region Conference 2010 includes all educational sessions and events. One-day conference registrations are available, but do not include the Tuesday night party.

After the first registration at full price, additional registrations from the same institution qualify for a discount. Please coordinate with your colleagues to receive this discount.

Registration Payment

Purchase orders must be paid and checks must be received by the early registration date for the early fee to apply. If purchase orders/checks are not paid by the early registration deadline, they will be rebilled at the regular rate.

Individuals with unpaid purchase orders on March 29 are not registered and will not be included on the participant list or receive a name badge. In addition, the participant will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check. No exceptions will be made.

Substitutions can be made prior to March 22, and must be submitted in writing. An administrative fee of $20 will be charged.

Cancellations will be accepted, and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $75 fee will be charged for conference cancellations received on or before March 22. Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellations are received after March 22.

No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
